01 — About Tony
Tony Mai
Investor · Entrepreneur · Author
The person behind The Freedom Investor — a public portfolio, a book and a series built around one idea: money is a tool for buying back your time.
02 — Who I am
Business came first. Investing changed the direction.
Before investing became the job, Tony built and operated three businesses. Running them meant dealing directly with capital, cash flow, risk and decisions made under uncertainty — the same forces that drive markets.
Over time the portfolio became the more powerful engine, and investing moved from side project to primary focus.
Today that experience sits behind one body of work: full-time investor, entrepreneur, author of The Freedom Investor and Elite Pro Investor on eToro — with formal academic training in finance behind the process.
03 — How I invest
Build wealth over years, not headlines.
Long-term and data-driven: structural growth trends — AI, robotics, semiconductors, cloud computing, space and genomics — held over a 5+ year horizon, with capital moving when conviction, valuation or conditions change.

05 — Why The Freedom Investor
Money is a tool. Freedom is the goal.
The objective of building wealth was never a bigger number for its own sake. Wealth matters because of what it hands back: control.
Financial independence doesn't promise outcomes. It creates options — and options are what freedom is made of.
- Control over time
- Control over choices
- Control over how you work
- Control over what you build
- Control over who you spend your life with
The portfolio is public. The story is just beginning.
